Pending CFTC approval, effective Sunday, October 8, 2000 (trade date October 9) for the GLOBEX session and Monday, October 9, 2000 for the RTH session, the minimum price increment for Mid-Curve Eurodollar Options will be changed to allow trading at .005 IMM index points (one-half tick). This change applies to the first two quarterly expirations and the serial expirations of the 1-Year Mid-Curve options and both quarterly expirations of the 2-Year Mid-Curve options.

In conjunction with the change in the tick sizes, the All-or None (AON) minimum threshold for all expirations of the 1- and 2-Year Mid-Curve Options will be reduced from 2,000 to 500 contracts.
